Almost a year ago I was exploring south central Utah with Guy Tal and we happened to have an opportunity to photograph lightning at the end of a very productive day in the field. While we took up different positions it would seem we captured the same lighting strike at almost the exact same instant. That is the very same lightning bolt that Guy Tal shot – only you each had a different cropping and coloration! that’s what makes us unique. I also linked to Guy’s blog from an article I wrote today on lightning. I’ve lived in Utah for 30 years now, and have yet to visit the rugged Henry Mtn. area.
