Another perspective of the wild Bobcat I photographed in Yosemite National Park last weekend. Taken shortly after my previously posted image titled:

Great Bobcat shots Jim! What lens did you have to use to get this close?
Even better than the other one…
Really trying to make me feel bad about not shooting that one that crossed by me on the bridge, eh Jim? π
Dan
Superb image Jim
@Sherri & @Chris Thanks. I was shooting with my 70-200 + 2xTC.
@Dan I would never do that π I still have more from my encounter so brace yourself.
I really love this bobcat shot, Jim. It looks like one of those posed shots from a critter farm because it’s got such a beautiful winter coat and is posed so perfectly. Was it hunting at all, and if so, was it successful? I wonder if they move up out of the valley as the season gets warmer. Was this shot in the valley, by the way?
Nice Shot, Jim.
Haha I know I shouldnt say this but I was really looking for a Lynx Picture.
We just had the pleasure of a Bobcat walk in front of us on the trail to Yosemite Falls. incredible!!
had one in my yard in mo just now….
Glad you also got to experience a Bobcat sighting π
Luck you. I just get the regular house cats creeping through my yard. That’s what I get for being in the city.
we need bobcats in OhioΒ
