One of the coolest applications leveraging the Twitter API is Twittervision. From time to time when things are slow it’s pretty fun just to check out and see what conversations are happening across the world.
Today Flickrvision Beta appears to have been released by Dave Troy. In a similar fashion to Twittervision, as photos are posted on Flickr the information is laid over a Google maps page.
Note: The photos shown appear to be tied to the authors location versus the location the photo was taken.
A very cool application and a neat way to visualize the activity on Flickr. Definitely check it out if you haven’t already.
